All our products are held in stock at our warehouse in New Zealand and are dispatched by 2pm each day (Monday to Friday).

All orders will receive a tracking number from our courier, so you know that your parcel is on it's way!

We love to ship internationally, and will deliver to almost any country in the world, we send a lot of packages to Canada, Australia & USA. All overseas orders are dispatched the same day (if received by 2pm NZ time) and will also include a tracking number.

Any lost parcels are also the responsibility of the recipient, however, if you contact us, we will do our best to trace the parcel from our end for you.

Privacy

We do not store any credit card details. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway being PayPal which uses secure encryption.
