Return Policy

Snuggly Merino takes great care in manufacturing our products, so if you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, you can return your unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Warranty 

We stand behind our manufacturing process. If your items to be repaired due to faulty stitching or manufacturing, please return it to us within 90 days, with proof of purchase, and we will organise for it to be repaired free of charge. Damage that occurs after 12 months is usually caused by wear and tear.

Shipping

To return your product, you can email us at info@snugglymerino.com, and we will arrange for the goods to be returned and the refund to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
